DİKKATLE OKUYUN – Bu Hizmet Şartları ("Şartlar") Health-Hub platformu ve ilgili hizmetlere (toplu olarak "Platform") aboneliğinizi ve kullanımınızı yönetir.
Kayıt olarak, hesap oluşturarak veya Platformu kullanarak şunları onaylamış olursunuz:
- bu Şartları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve bunlara bağlı olmayı kabul ettiğinizi;
- en az 18 yaşında olduğunuzu ve yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşme yapabildiğinizi; ve
- bu Şartları kişisel olarak veya hesapta adı geçen işletme adına kabul etme yetkiniz olduğunu ("siz").
Bu Şartlar, Gizlilik Politikamız, Veri İşleme Anlaşması ve yürüttüğünüz herhangi bir ek sipariş formları (toplu olarak "Anlaşma") ile birlikte, siz ve Finest Solutions LLC ("Health-Hub" olarak faaliyet gösteren), Sharjah Media City, Al Messaned 515000, Sharjah, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri ("Health-Hub," "biz," "bizim") arasında bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturur.
Health-Hub, Platform'da revize edilmiş bir sürüm yayınlayarak bu Şartları istediği zaman güncelleyebilir. Yayınlandıktan sonra devam eden kullanım kabul anlamına gelir.
1. Use of the Platform
1.1 Eligibility & Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. The Platform is provided for lawful business purposes only; you may not:
- use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover source code;
- give access to or use the Platform for the benefit of a direct competitor;
- remove proprietary notices or branding;
- exceed reasonable usage limits or interfere with Platform performance.
1.2 Account Ownership & Security
The individual who accepts these Terms owns the account unless acting for a business entity, in which case the entity owns it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under the account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use. Accounts are non-transferable.
1.3 Compliance & Privacy
You are solely responsible for:
- ensuring that your own activities and those of your employees or customers comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare, privacy, and communications laws (e.g., HIPAA where relevant);
- providing any required notices or obtaining any required consents from your patients, leads, or other data subjects;
- implementing your own terms and privacy policy for end-users with protections at least as strong as ours.
Our collection and use of data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to those practices.
1.4 Communications Features
If you use SMS, email, voice, or other messaging tools provided via the Platform, you are responsible for content, timing, and compliance with all communications laws (including, where applicable, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local anti-spam rules). Separate usage charges ("Communication Surcharges") apply.
1.5 Third-Party Services & Content
Integrations with third-party services ("Third-Party Services") are provided "as is." Health-Hub disclaims liability for acts or omissions of third-party providers. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and governed solely by those providers' terms.
1.6 International Use & Export Controls
The Platform is operated from the United Arab Emirates and may be subject to UAE and international export-control laws. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or on any sanctions list and will comply with all applicable export controls.
1.7 AI Features
Use of artificial-intelligence functionality must comply with the AI Acceptable-Use Policy (Exhibit B) and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Code of Conduct
You and anyone acting on your behalf must adhere to the Code of Conduct set out in Exhibit A. Violation is a material breach that may result in suspension or termination.
3. Payment
3.1 Fees & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually, as selected). Usage-based fees (including Communication Surcharges) are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for all fees when due.
3.2 Wallet & Auto-Replenishment
Your account wallet may automatically reload to prevent negative balances. By using wallet features you consent to these automatic charges.
3.3 Late Payments
Failed payments must be cured within 7 days. We may suspend or cancel the account for non-payment and recover collection costs.
3.4 Taxes
Fees are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar. You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your subscription.
4. Intellectual Property
- Platform Content is owned by Health-Hub or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
- Trademarks – Health-Hub™ and related marks are proprietary; you may not use them without permission.
- User Contributions – You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use content submitted through the Platform solely to operate the Platform.
- Feedback – Suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
5. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the Platform will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
BETA or early-release features are provided without any warranties and may be discontinued at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability (or USD 100 if you use only free services).
- We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Health-Hub, its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your or your users' use of the Platform; (b) violation of law or these Terms; or (c) content you provide.
7. Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform must be filed within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
8. Injunctive Relief
Breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm; we may seek injunctive or equitable relief without posting bond.
9. Waiver & Severability
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
10. Change of Control
We may assign these Terms without notice in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, DPA, AI Acceptable-Use Policy, and any executed order forms constitute the entire agreement between you and Health-Hub. If there is a conflict between documents, a signed order form (if any) prevails.
12. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in force while you maintain an account. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach or for any reason with notice. Sections intended to survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.
13. Governing Law, Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules, by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with those Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE and the language shall be English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-Action Waiver. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity; class, consolidated, or representative actions are not permitted.

We will send notices to the primary email in your account. Electronic notices are deemed received upon sending.

Exhibit A – Code of Conduct (Prohibited Uses)
- Illegal activity or content.
- Exploitation, harm, or harassment of others.
- Child sexual content or extreme violence.
- Spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another network.
- Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Generating hateful, harassing, or violent content.
- Any use that violates export-control laws, privacy regulations, or healthcare regulations.
- Use of AI features to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) without appropriate licensing and disclaimers.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and referral to authorities where applicable.
Exhibit B – AI Acceptable-Use Policy
- Compliance – AI features must be used in accordance with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, local AI regulations).
- No discrimination – Do not generate content that discriminates on protected grounds.
- No unlicensed professional advice – AI outputs cannot replace licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.
- Transparency – Disclose to end-users when they are interacting with AI.
- Data protection – Do not upload sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Security – Do not use AI to create malware or disrupt systems.
- No misinformation – Do not use AI to spread false or misleading information.
